Whenever a bride picks red as her wedding color, it makes me very happy. When the groom’s cake has a deer on it, it makes me even happier. However, when the flower girl dances around with the bouquet IN HER MOUTH, well, that just makes my day.
Kristen & James | Wimberley, Texas | May 15th, 2010
Kristen and James managed to choose an almost unbelievably photogenic location – Old Glory Ranch in Wimberley, Texas – and were graced with perfect weather and sunset timing. Absolutely storybook. However, I have to say that the winner for my favorite part of the day is a dead heat between 1) the amazing note to James from one of the groomsman that introduced me to the term “golden salamander,” and 2) the beer donkeys. Becky & Tray | Austin, Texas | May 8th, 2010
The last time that I visited the Mexican American Cultural Center, it was for a big, out-of-control SXSW party. This time, however, it was for a, ummmmmmm, well, another big, out-of-control party. May 30, 2010 - 7:23 am - Awesome.....simply awesome. Great job, beautiful wedding, and pictures. Can't wait to see more, oh, the pary wasn't bad either (smile) :-)
Heather & Taylor | Kyle, Texas | May 1st, 2010
There were so many little touches here that were just awesome, and while a field of bright yellow flowers and some amazing vintage couches never hurt, I was even more impressed by the “cake” of Rice Krispies Treats and by Heather’s choice of ceremony music. Immediate thoughts of Steve Zissou finally finding the Jaguar Shark. Esteban! Esteban!
