Desarae and Derek’s wedding marked the first time that I’ve ever spent 2 hours shooting aboard a party bus. Well, we didn’t just hang out and shoot on the bus – we were driven out to Padre Island’s Bob Hall Pier for some fun beach shots, then back to Downtown Corpus Christi, where we discovered the amazing Betty’s Cat House, among other things. Apparently the party bus existed in some sort of time sucking 7th dimension – the 2 hour time frame seemed quite ample at first, but we somehow all just BARELY made it back to the reception hall with mere seconds to spare. Maybe that explains the mysterious fully-decorated and lit Christmas tree in the corner of the foyer?
